This beautiful and intelligent breed comes from the same beginnings as the Australian shepherd, and is basically a smaller version.  Mini's and toys have the same loyalty, the same herding instincts, and the same high intelligence that the larger Aussies have, only in a smaller package.  This means a suburban family or a single apartment dweller can enjoy this fun-loving, loyal and affectionate breed. Mini Aussies do very well in agility trials, against other breeds of their size. Owners who teach and show their dogs in agility have the opportunity to play with their dogs at the highest level.  For most folks, playing at home or at the park with a ball or frisbee is a great way to enjoy their dog.  Aussies love to learn and are eager to please.  They are also excellent family dogs.

Mini Aussies come in the same 4 colors as the aussie--blue merle, red merle, black tri (or bi) and red tri (or bi).  Eye colors can vary within each coat combination, and can be brown, blue, green, amber, or a combination of any of these in a marbled design.   Mini's and toys love to play, but they can also make great couch potatoes with their humans.

We love this wonderful breed,  and have gathered our breeding stock carefully, from all over the country.  We raise our dogs in a home environment.  They are played with, loved on, and trained to sleep in a crate indoors. 

All of our puppies will come with a three-year guarantee against any hereditary defects, including eye, hip or knee problems. All pups have their dewclaws and tails done by a vet, and will be up to date on shots and worming when they are ready to go home.
